Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rotation stay after I close the file?

Yes. Unlike rotating the view in a PDF reader, this writes the rotation into the file itself, so every viewer and printer shows the pages the right way up.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes — type a range like 1-3, 5, 8-10 in the pages box. Scanned documents often have one or two sideways pages, and this fixes only those.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The whole rotation happens in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is sent anywhere, which is why it works even with the network switched off.

Will rotating change the file size or quality?

No. Rotation only changes a page attribute — the text, images and fonts are untouched, so quality is identical and the size barely moves.
