What signature size do Indian exam forms need?

My file is under the minimum size and the form rejects it. What now?

How should I capture the signature?

Will the signature still be legible at 20 KB?
Yes. A signature is a small, high-contrast image, so 140 × 60 pixels at 20 KB carries plenty of detail. Quality problems almost always come from a poor original photo rather than the compression.
